My mother asked that I write a review of this product. I purchased this video as a gift for my mother and she loves it! She says it an extremely good workout. She said that this is all that it should be! It is a level 3 and in order to be able to do this video, you definitely need to have been easily able to keep up and surpass level 2.

I have purchased other level 3 videos for her in the past and she says they were such a disappointment as they were actually as easy (if not easier) than the level 2 she was doing.. The whole point of buying a level 3 video is to have a better, more intense workout than you were receiving at level 2 - and with this one you do! (my mom's words)

I actually bought this item from a car parts distribution company and I got it slightly used. it is wonderful and I can't believe how sturdy this thing is. they packed it with extras like the box and pole and ring and so many other things. It was presented to me as advertised and in the best condition I've ever seen. I hope to be using this forever. I only paid 2650.00 shipping included.

This is a great item. Just lifting the machine 10 inches off the floor makes a world of difference. It makes it so much easier to change exercises especially if you have trouble getting up and down off the floor.

I'm so glad I spent the money for this additional piece to my machine. It's so nice not to have to get down on the floor and I was able to improve on my excercises as I had more freedom of movement.

As a senior citizen getting off the floor was difficult. The stand is only 10" high but made all the difference in world. I highly recommend buying the stand. It is very sturdy.
